We are pioneers in Northern Nevada commercial hops production. Nestled below the Sierra Nevada Mountains, our 1.06 acre farm sits on a beautiful 5 acre property in Gardnerville, NV – The King Estate. In addition to four different locally grown hop varieties (the first of which will be planted in the spring of 2015 and harvested in late summer), we also will be proudly offering tours of the farm, HOPS ENVY Gear, and the ability for sponsors to adopt rows of hops for an entire season.

Aubrey came from the west (Gardnerville, Nevada), Tyler came from the east (Bradenton, Florida) and they both met at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. After both graduating from CIA (Aubrey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts Management, Tyler with his Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts), they trained in various areas in New York. Aubrey received her Sommelier Level I Certification by the Court of Masters Sommelier and worked as a teaching assistant and manager of the Caterina de Medici restaurant. Tyler trained at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Tarrytown, New York and became a Certified Beer Server by the Cicerone Certification Program.
